Madelyn Micevych is a Senior Solution Architect at Pipe17, where she leads technical design, customer onboarding, and post-sales architecture for mid-market and enterprise brands and high-volume 3PLs running on Pipe17’s Order Operations Platform. Since joining Pipe17 in 2021, she has worked across the full customer lifecycle from pre-sales and solution design through onboarding and long-term success.
Before Pipe17, Madelyn spent five years at NetSuite as a Principal Consultant, leading ERP implementations across apparel, footwear, accessories, retail, health and beauty, manufacturing, and wholesale distribution. She is a NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant and NetSuite Analytics User, with deep working knowledge of how ERP, commerce, and fulfillment systems connect (or fail to connect) inside real ecommerce operations.
At Pipe17, Madelyn writes and advises on NetSuite integration, ERP-to-3PL connectivity, multi-channel order operations, and the architectural patterns that help brands scale across DTC, B2B, and retail. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and International & Area Studies from Washington University in St. Louis, and speaks English and Spanish.
