Pipe17, Inc. Subprocessors

Pipe17, Inc. (“Pipe17”) uses certain sub-processors to assist it in providing the Pipe17 Services as described in the Terms of Service (“ToS”). Defined terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the ToS.

What is a Subprocessor

A subprocessor is a third party data processor engaged by Pipe17, including entities from within Pipe17, who have or potentially will have access to or process Personal Data. Pipe17 engages different types of subprocessors to perform various functions including to process personal data that you include in your use of Pipe17, process personal data on your behalf, provide support, and perform other service functions. Third parties who are used to provide the Services but do not have access to or process Personal Data are not considered subprocessors.

Due Diligence

Pipe17 undertakes to use a commercially reasonable selection process by which it evaluates the security, privacy and confidentiality practices of proposed subprocessors that will or may have access to or process Service Data.
