Cancellation Policy

We’re sorry to see you go. If you’ve decided to cancel your Pipe17 subscription, here’s how to do it:
 
How to Cancel
To request a cancellation, please email us at cancellation@pipe17.com and include:
  • Your company name and org key
  • A clear statement that you wish to cancel your subscription
  • (Optional) A brief explanation of why you’re leaving — your feedback helps us improve
 
Important Terms
  • Notice Period: Cancellations must be submitted at least 30 days prior to your renewal date. This allows us to process your request in time to avoid unwanted charges.
  • Automatic Renewals: If we do not receive your cancellation notice within the required timeframe, your subscription will renew automatically under the terms of your current agreement.
  • Confirmation: Once your cancellation is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please retain this for your records.
