Ecommerce order management starts at capture. Pipe17 captures orders from everywhere they originate:

Distributed order management only works when the routing decision sees your whole fulfillment network. Pipe17 treats every warehouse, 3PL, and store as one pool of candidates.

Location groups set which locations are allowed to serve which orders, and inventory and proximity rank them.

Then execution hands off cleanly. Store orders go to StoreOps to pick, pack, and either ship or hand off for pickup, and warehouse or 3PL orders go to their WMS through the connector network.
