Kathleen is Director of Business Operations at Pipe17, where she has led revenue operations since 2020. With 20+ years in ecommerce, she specializes in supply chain, logistics, and order flow operations for mid-market and enterprise brands.
At Pipe17, Kathleen partners with the product team and customers to implement Pipe17’s Order Operations Platform, surface real operational pain points from selling channels and fulfillment networks, and contribute SME perspective to marketing content. Her consulting background covers tech stack implementation, SOPs, project management, WMS deployments, and S&OP planning, along with 3PL RFP management, customs and Section 321 coordination, and Shopify backend integrations.
Kathleen is an active member of RevOps Co-op, a community of operations professionals focused on ecommerce performance and efficiency. She is also the founder of Mended Hearts of Spokane, a cardiac non-profit supporting patients and families through cardiac diagnoses, inspired by her daughter’s open-heart surgery at age 5. Kathleen holds dual U.S. and Canadian citizenship.
