You add a Flexe facility for peak season or a new region, but orders still route to the warehouse your systems already know.
Pallets arrive before the advance shipping notice (ASN) does. Receiving counts, damaged units, and lot numbers stay in a portal your ERP never reads.
Tracking, cancellations, and stock counts arrive at your channels late. Customers find the mismatch before you do.

Ecommerce parcels and retail freight go to Flexe as outbound orders with ship mode, service, and, for freight, the ship-by window intact.
Pipe17 sends the ASN before pallets ship, then records what Flexe actually received, damaged units and lot numbers included.
Committed, on-hold, and damaged units at each Flexe reservation stay apart from available stock. Only available units reach Shopify, Amazon, and your retail partners.

Pipe17 manages the Flexe connector, which links Flexe warehouses to the Order Operations Platform in both directions. Pipe17 sends shipping requests and inbound shipment notices to Flexe, and pulls back locations, inventory, fulfillments with tracking, cancellations, and receipts. Each Flexe reservation becomes a Pipe17 location. Flexe operates the facility. Pipe17 keeps the rest of your stack, from Shopify to NetSuite, working from one set of orders and stock.
Orders arrive in Pipe17 from your channels and marketplaces, and Pipe17's order routing picks the location for each one based on inventory, location, and your rules. When that is a Flexe reservation, Pipe17 creates a Flexe outbound order, parcel or freight. Once Flexe ships, the tracking goes back to the channel the order came from, with no one re-keying it.
Pipe17 announces each inbound shipment to Flexe as an advance shipping notice (ASN) before it ships, and date changes or cancellations follow it. When Flexe finishes receiving, Pipe17 records shippable and damaged quantities, lot numbers, expiration dates, and serial numbers against the original arrival. Your ERP and inventory reconcile to what was received, not what was sent. A short or damaged receipt surfaces through Exception Resolution.
Pipe17 pulls inventory for every synced Flexe reservation and keeps on-hand, committed, available, on-hold, damaged, and incoming quantities separate. Only available units feed the stock your channels sell against in Inventory Visibility, alongside stock at your other locations. A unit at Flexe sells on Amazon or Shopify like any other. You can scope the sync to specific SKUs or reservations and force a full resync anytime.
Cancel the order in Pipe17, or let a channel cancellation flow through, and the connector cancels the open lines on the Flexe outbound order. If Flexe cancels a whole order, Pipe17 applies the status you configured, such as review required, canceled and restocked, or failed. A partially shipped order shows exactly which units shipped and which did not.
Yes, Flexe sits alongside your own warehouses, other 3PLs, and stores in Pipe17, and your routing rules decide which one ships each order. Your channels, ERP, and other fulfillment partners stay wired as they were, all reached through the Pipe17 Network. Multiple Flexe reservations are supported, each as its own location.
Ask your Flexe account manager for OAuth client credentials (a Client ID and Client Secret) for Sandbox or Production. Enter them in Pipe17 and choose the matching environment. Pipe17 validates them and manages the access token. Enable locations first to create a Pipe17 location per Flexe reservation, then turn on the other flows as you need them. Pipe17 builds and maintains the connector, with no custom code on your side.
